At the heart of Decks By Greg is our founder, Greg, a visionary whose journey into the world of outdoor construction began in Saskatchewan. His adventure led him to Vancouver Island 18 years ago, where he has since become an integral part of the Cowichan Valley community. Greg's expertise in woodworking and construction is matched only by his enthusiasm for creating functional and beautiful outdoor spaces in collaboration with our clients.
Greg's dedication to his craft is evident in every project, but his life outside of work truly defines our company's ethos. Whether kiteboarding in Nitinat, exploring the great outdoors on a dirt bike, or fly fishing, Greg embodies the spirit of working hard and playing hard. His commitment to the community is unwavering, and he actively supports local initiatives like the Cowichan Valley Basket Society.
Family is at the core of everything we do. Greg, a devoted husband and father of five, brings the same level of care and attention to our projects as he does to his home life. His love for dogs mirrors his approach to our business: warm, friendly, and always welcoming.
